You can call and leave a voicemail message a dozen times over nobody ever gets back to you and then we get new management nobody is informed of this I find out by looking up the phone number again on the internet and this time another person answers instead of the last...

Inspire has increased our rent over $36 and they will not meet with us to discuss it as they are required to by 723 status. District manager said that isn't the way she does business and won't meet with our negotiating committee but will meet with one individual which is illegal. As with all big companies all they care about is money not us people. Being a senior citizen they have me in a place that I can't win. They added ad voralum taxes without even notifying us

The manager needs to be removed from this property she is not fit to be manager she does not know how to work with senior citizens and has no respect for people in this park

Our outside water that goes to our washer has been off for 2 weeks or more with no warning or explanation why. The management really does suck. The whole community is pissed off at this point .

OTG Property management bad. Big washouts in catch basins; litter laying around for weeks at a time: Pine needles piling up along streets and common areas. Fire hazard according to Fire Dept. Street sign missing for months; seems someone should call the city; Request opinions and desires of residents and ignore it all: Issue rules and regulations then ignore: Pit Bulls not allowed except for one resident who has 2 of them; reduced very popular sharing library by 2/3: removed all but 2 pool tables which were put in a room so small that two people wanting to shoot a few balls at the same time have to take turns, no more pool teams or competitions: swimming pool opened to a 2nd community making it difficult for OTG residents to do lapses when they used to; If you complain they say "you can move &;;;;; we are happy to sell your house." The reasons we purchased are no longer here. It was so much better before Inspire,. .

Never answer about deposit, they dont answer Very bad communication Trash everywhere Cats everywhere They dont clean common area Pool two years out of service but they charge for it

Looked at On The Greens a couple of years ago and was not ready to buy. Went back a month ago and I would never buy there. It is no longer a clean, well kept park with a lot of amenties. Now it is a trailer park with amenties moved to their sister park, about 2.5 miles round trip and weeds and dog *** laying by the mail boxes. No management to do anything, INSPIRE just does their own thing.

I've checked out On The Greens several times since late 2021 into early 2022 and have found the community very nice. Guess we all look at things differently.

In the park i live in a resident started a group fb page..I would help residents all over the park..The admin on that site has a husband that walks around the park drunk everyday..I have spent a lot of money mowing their retention ponds and ditches..Most everyone liked me for what i did for residents 24/7..I would write on the group page about eating healthy during the pandemic..A lady running a food buisness from her home got mad and started lying about me..She said im a peeping tom a stalker and a pedofile..Now me and my wife are being evicted from her lies..I would send emails to the manager about the nonsense and she would write me up for Harrasment..We loved it here and we are so upset so upset they are kicking us out..They take the word of liars over an honest person..If you move to one of their parks keep to yourself and dont help anyone..You will be evicted...Sad
