Rip Off, Hotel Rooms Cancellation Policy is 60 days!!
- - Asked to swap the Inspriato NYC room for a later date; none available.
- - They refused a swap for a costlier room; no refund.

I asked if I could swap my booked Inspriato hotel room for one day later in NYC and they said nothing was available but I offered to book another more expensive Inspriato hotel room in exchange for changing the date and they said NO! I would not get my money back and their leased hotel rooms you have to cancel 60 days in advance.
Inspirato is a total rip off!! And there is no customer service.
We have the highest rewards benefits status at Avanti level. But there is no benefit!!

Terrible customer service once you join
- - No contact after signup; they call you twice a day.
- - No response to calls or emails about hotel/resort service; can't book or access the site.
No contact once they get you to sign up- otherwise theyre calling you twice a day
No response when I called and emailed to discuss the awful customer service at a hotel/resort. Excuses were made once I finally got thru- have tried to book a trip recently and no response. Cannot get into website although blasted with email ads from Inspirato .

I think you are a rip off. I booked a hotel in turkey a while ago for early in December and because I am canceling my membership November 30 you asked me to pay $2500 to keep my reservation in turkey. I had already use pass days at that point to hold that reservation, Ill never use you again and Ill make sure no one else I know ever does as well

This company a huge rip off.
- - I was a member for two years at $30k/year.
- - Told to pay $2,500 for a Turkey hotel stay.
- - Not worth it; places weren't available when I wanted to go.
I was a member of Inspirato for two years at $30,000 each year. Months ago I booked a hotel in Turkey and because Im not renewing my membership they told me I needed to pay $2500 for hotel room that is <$500 a night for three nights.
In addition, the majority of the time places were not available at the time that we wanted to go. Dont waste your money on Inspirato.
It is a total rip off. If you have money for Inspirato, youd be better off spending it at exclusive resorts, or some other travel group dont.
- If you are lucky you can get a house with multiple bedrooms
- Customer service is horrible
- Houses are rarely available
- Prices are too high
