I tried calling my doctors office for over a month and nobody has reached back to me
- - Asked to lower Zepbound from 12.5 mg to 7.5 mg to wean off.
- - No call back or refill by end of July or this Monday.
I tried calling the nurses' station for my prescription refill. I asked that my zepbound 12.5 mg be lowered to 7.5 because I wanted to wean myself off of the medication.
They never called me back.
That was at the end of July. Then I called this week on Monday and asked that they refill that same prescription to 7.5 mg, and they never called it in to the pharmacy or called me back.
- Never call back
Preferred solution: Someone to respond to my calls.
