- - Used the wrong email with my order and can't switch to Tropicana.

I used the wrong email with my order number and now I can't switch my shuttle to Tropicana so I can stay with my group of friends. I bought my shuttle pass off a friend and forgot to use there email and it said I had time on the page but when I went to do it it said it was closed. And I'm just trying to get my mid strip pass to be at Tropicana.

I need to switch my mid strip pass to Tropicana so i can be with my group and i had enough time to switch but it said it was closed so i was unable to switch my shuttle to Tropicana. And need to get it to that so i can stay with my group.
I got my shuttle pass off a friend and i used the order number but i used my email instead of hers and now i dont know what to do.
Please i just want to be by my friends. Thank you
Preferred solution: Trying to get my shuttle switched to Tropicana. I bought off a friend that couldn't go anymore and I used my email with the order number to get it switched instead of using hers and I would greatly appreciate and will leave a good review

- - I can't transfer my Tropicana shuttle pass due to using the wrong Gmail, and the May 16 deadline form is closed though I tried before; order #13225.
I purchased a shuttle pass off a friend that's not going no more. And I submitted my mid strip pass to get transferred to the Tropicana location and wasn't able to.
I used my Gmail instead of hers and that was the problem cuz she purchased it and I used my Gmail instead of hers. And I went to re do the form and it says that it's closed but on the form it says it needs to be done by may 16th by 11:59pm pt and I tried to do it hours before that deadline and still am trying but it won't let me. I'm just trying to stay with my group and they're using the Tropicana shuttle.
And this is the order# 13225**** and her Gmail leshelee@***.com. I would really like to stay with my group and I have screen shots that I tried to do this hours before the deadline.
