Poor customer service
Place the order on the website its supposed to be delivered at 6:15. The DoorDash driver said he waited two hours and still never received the cookies. I had my son go pick up the cookies and he has yet to receive the order.

I have contacted you several times. My account has been erased and I did not do it.
I have been getting no result from the information that you have given me. I have been getting your product for a while now and I love you cookies. I have gone to the web site to try and get back on to no avail. This was following your advice.
I couldn't even celebrate my recent birthday after being told that the advice given would work. (resigning and trying for the reward resigning. Help me please? Or just tell me you no longer want me to be a part of the insomnia customers.

Damaged product, terrible service
I received my delivery of ice cream and a cookie, and the ice cream was completely melted. I'd also ordered two scoops, but they gave me a little container that looked like it barely contained one.
Regardless, it was completely melted. I called and spoke to the manager who said that once the DoorDash driver picks it up, she can't control what happens to it. I asked if they provided containers that would keep the ice cream from melting, but she said no, they can't control what the DoorDash driver does.
The only option she offered was to send another scoop of ice cream back out, which would have been pointless because it would have melted. What a disappointment.

Preferred solution: Full refund
