Nothing will play
For two days nothing is playing, I signed up for a week of plus and wasted two of the 7 days as nothing is playing. Not happy and no one to help.

The worst response time and Customer service. Literally no one response to countless email attempts. I dont know what is going on with this company!

The customer service person cancelled the renewal while we were on the phone. I was pleased.
I was unable to unsubscribe. I emailed you. Then customer service person Roan wrote "I have already canceled your subscription on my end, so it won't auto-renew for the next subscription period.
I am pleased.

I changed phones but kept my current number and lost my account information I cannot remember my password and when I try to login its logging me to account thats not paid for and Ive already paid for my service for a year
Preferred solution: Need for someone to call me and help me recover my plus account

How the H do I get into the application if I never receive an email so I could get into the app. Never had the problem prior.
Before my injury in August.
I still have not recovered and now able to get back into meditation and I cant get into the app now that I am able to do. Please advise

Insight Timer, please please help the information given to me its not working. I have a new phone iPhone 14 Pro Im transferring from my old old phone now nothing is on my new phone as far as Insight Timer no bookmarks no playlist Im speaking of what I save before.
No no courses that I save. I am a member plus I pay for the year and I have been a member for while
