Refund
I was charged for services. I did not even apply for, nor did I subscribe to, and getting a hold of them is ridiculous, like pulling teeth, like a scam of some kind, and they need to give me my money back right now—64 dollars!

I purchased an annual membership, and I was not allowed to use it. I tried the app and the website. I literally wasted $50, and my account was never updated to a membership account.

New Format is Awful
- - Premium user frustrated by recent format changes, losing access to meditations and bookmarks, and wants the previous layout restored.
I've been using Insight Timer for many years and I use it on a daily basis. I have paid for the premium version.
You recently changed the format - once again. The new format is terrible. I can't find my recent meditations, or my bookmarks. I don't want someone or an algorithm choosing meditations for me.
I don't want to see everyone's gratitude or what anyone else is listening to. I just want to go on in the morning and evening and choose a meditation that appeals to me for that day.
Why are continually changing the format? Meditation should not require a person to maneuver through an entirely different format.
PLEASE change it back to the previous format? Has Insight Timer recently sold, if so, you should leave well enough alone.

Nothing will play
For two days nothing is playing, I signed up for a week of plus and wasted two of the 7 days as nothing is playing. Not happy and no one to help.

The customer service person cancelled the renewal while we were on the phone. I was pleased.
I was unable to unsubscribe. I emailed you. Then customer service person Roan wrote "I have already canceled your subscription on my end, so it won't auto-renew for the next subscription period.
I am pleased.

It will not send me a confirming I'd email
- - Never receive the email, so I can't log in.
- - Problem started before August injury; I can meditate now but can't access the app.
How the H do I get into the application if I never receive an email so I could get into the app. Never had the problem prior.
