I need for them to remove a listing that they have of my business that is incorrect but they have refused to assist after several calls and emails. They claim that the page is now being managed by Yext but Yext won't help and they won't provide any contact information to get to Yext. I have no choice other than to repeatedly go to Insider Pages as they are the only platform associated with the listing.

While I was updating my Business info I found that my name and my phone number are related to my old business, Farmers Insurance which I do not have access to it anymore. This is the listing:

This woman was under the delusion that I was attempting to seduce her; actually I was attempting to bolster her self-esteem. I became demonic to her.

Following her letter to my associates, she sent me a letter of profound apology, which I will not publish.

However, I would point out that accepting more troubled patients into practice can have results like the above. As mental health clinicians we are vulnerable to the outcries of those people for whom delusions are persistent, and who often feel the need to lash out at those trying to assist them.

I have been trying to add my business listing. I created my account successfully, but there is not link that says "add your business." I tried searches so I know I do not have a listing out there but I cannot add a new listing.

I tried finding an email address to contact this site and there is no help. The closest search result that pops up is a FAQ section which does not have the answer to my question.

Please provide me with some sort of email address or phone number so I can successfully add and claim my business listing without getting the run around. Thank you.
