Kindly provide me tickets again I missed my show I have booked inox movies tickets but they have not given me entry to hall according to them tickets were belong to another inox I was in trouble kindly return my 3 tickets of yhe movie which I missed otherwise return my money. Kindly resolves my problem ASAP

Hi We booked 2 tickets of Rs. 740 from the digital screens at Inox Sapphire sector 90 Gurgaon on 6th May. The tickets were not booked but our money got deducted from our Paytm Wallet. Kindly resolve the issue and refund the ticket money. We shared all the details with the manager at INOX as well but got no helpful response. Please help. The Paytm Wallet transaction id is - 402********

User's recommendation: Don’t use the digital screens to book tickets.

Pawankhind movie show ( Inox Kalyan, 4th March, 7:30 PM, Screen 4 show) was cancelled without any intimation. This could have been intimated earlier as customers travel from a distance. Hope so we get the refund soon.
