NOT DELIVERY, LIES, LIES
This surveyor was recommended by a Title Company. The worse ever in my 38 years of Real Estate profession.
I ordered a survey with Freddy (Alfredo) Rodriguez for one of my property in Terrell, TX 4/28/20. After communicate for period of time. We agreed to meet 4/30/20 at property and they found pins of property. I paid and he promised to send me a report by next week.
No report, No call.... After I called, Text so many times, the answer was County office not open (even though I knew it open) and all others excused. As of today 6/11/20, I am still not received my survey copy and didn't even answer. This is a TX State licensed profession.
Website also look good, crooked!!! His office address is 1000 Levant Lane, Plano, TX 75094 (4**) **0-0828 lies.... lies....
WATCH OUT! SCAMS....
