Among the worst
- - Catastrophic service and a negative experience with Innovative Marine.
- - O-rings on reactors were not tight, causing biopellets to be lost.
Very few companies can boast about giving catastrophic service, Innovative marine ranks among the worst I have experienced. I had issues with their small reactors which had a fit problem with their O-rings that were not tight enough to hold, whereby losing my biopellets on several occasions.
After contacting them several times I gave up and found a home made solution But I swore to myself that I would never deal with this company again. I am not the type to complain in general because anybody can make mistakes.
But when they are given all the opportunities to respond and they do not, is when I give up and write these negative comments. If you can avoid it stay away from this company.
