Bait and switch advertising
I signed up with Innovative capital Strategies and Thomas Montgomery for a program called Total Credit Rebuild Express. They were supposed to do my credit repair, rebuild it with positive credit and get me good amounts of funding to grow my business. They promised no upfront fees. A couple of days ago, even though we have a contract where I am to pay them 9.5% of the money they get for me in loans, I got a letter demanding 24.9% of the loans if I wanted to move forward with them. They also demanded $297 upfront fees. They are con artists. From what I hear Thomas Montgomery has done this same bs under several other company names also. He needs to be in jail. He's a liar and a thief. 60 days into this 60 day program and they have not done 1 thing on my file yet except send me constant duplicative emails. DO NOT USE THEM. YOU WILL REGRET IT.
