I am a very dissatisfied customer with innovation. I have completed all of my paperwork with their tax preparer Rebeck and Shell Law 6 months ago.
Now Innovation is telling me that they cant find my 941s X this is very unprofessional and terrible as well as frustrating.
It seems as though they are stalling for some reason that I am not aware of. I will be contacting the better business Breuer immediately!!

- - They demand power of attorney and 13 years access to tax returns.
If you read the inovation contract you will find they exclude themselves of any legal liability or assistance to the tax filer. Furthermore months later they demand you sign an agreement giving them power of attorney and 13 years of access to your tax returns leaving you without access because you signed it over.
Essentially they use a small businesses good name to file some IRS 941 papers and then demand 25% of the government relief from the small businesses who already are financially impacted due to covid lockdown.
Innovation refunds appears to be a group of attorneys who hire legal aids to do the paperwork filing for the purpose of utilizing a program which appears too be deliberatly put together by other fellow attorney's/ colleagues for the purpose of giving them the opportunity to fleece 25% from the already struggling small businesses. (Look at the current year profits for innovation refunds) 650% increase from the theft of 25% of the government stimulus offered to the already struggling small business.
Innovation refunds also escalates the potential return amount by presenting a substantial figure much higher than the actual return to the small business for the purpose of luring the small business into their shady contract.

I made a purchase and I thought this was a website connected to MetroPCS. I do not need a refill card.
I paid it directly for the phone. I just need my money back returned to my card. As soon as possible Im tired to keep emailing. You should have customer service someone to speak and return peoples money immediately.
Why do you have people write more than what they need to write mines very basic refund my money the phone services already on this was the wrong website. I just needed to return the money into my card.
