Resolved: Bad quality MP3
- - The tape sounds buzzy and tinny, with subliminal voices.
- - The company says InnerTalk is patented and lowering volume should help, but it didn't.
The company refunded my payment.
I have used subliminal tapes before. The quality of this one is really not good.
I thought I must have gotten a "bad copy". Very buzzy and tinny music and the subliminal voices saying the affirmations come through the music. So irritating for me to listen to.
So I contacted the company to see if I could get a replacement and come to find out this is the quality of product that they sell.
They wrote: "InnerTalk is a patented technology which makes it totally different to anything else out there" and "If you find that some of the affirmations are bleeding through more than you like, then simply turn the volume down." That didn't help. So paid over $25 for a product that most likely won't get used.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution
