Extreme over charged
- - Online price advertised by Rockwall Inn was not honored.
- - Front desk claimed the card machine was down; I had to use an ATM.
Rockwall inn, in Rockwall tx has many ways of scamming guest, mine was to trust what their website on line said, I also called the evening I had booked my reservation, I traveled 150 miles, out of my way because the price was in my budget, on arrival it was thundering, raining hard, and the front desk man said his credit card machine was out, I had to go find ATM to pull cash out, on the way back, I missed exit, I exited next one, there where six construction barrels scattered I hit, wrecked my auto, finally back to motel, I was very upset, clerk neglected to give me a receipt, next morning I'm woken to rude employees telling me time to check out, I paid two nights! All in all, they are 100% crooks, don't belong in BUSSINESS. The BBB will have so many citations to slap on them.
