I can't seem to get a functioning phone number to resolve any of my issues. I've had this service for about 4 months. Haven't been able to make one phone call or send 1 postcard. The postcards that I sent are redirected to my home address even though they have the correct recipient address when sent. And the phone number haven't worked. I feel justified in asking for a complete refund since I've never enjoyed any benefit from the service and, of course, for a cancelation. I found a phone number for InmateAID customer service online, but it doesn't even ring. No one has responded to the chats I've sent. Please cancel and issue refund.
