This is the worst company i have EVER used and i would NEVER recommend any jail to EVER use it, i wish it never existed. Telemate is SO MUCH easier to use and people friendly and simple.
I have missed my visit THREE DAYS IN A ROW! I HATE THIS SO MUCH you have no idea how much i pray they switch to a different service.

I have sent numerous emails with complaints that after paying for Video Visit that the Video Visit never happened. Issues with the Video Visit on JPay's end.
I have yet received any response. I even call the customer service phone number, when I do get to speak to someone, they are rude, not helpful. This company is horrible. I get auto notifications through email that I have mail from a loved one, when I don't. I get the same notification at least twice if not more.
However once I log onto JPay there is no mail waiting for me from the loved one. I paid for stamps, again I get a notification that I purchased stamps through email.
This notification now comes through weeks after the fact. I feel their system is in need of major overhaul.

Logged on to account and waited a good 25 min. And it kept saying waiting for inmate to join but nothing so i paid 10 dollars i would like a refund or credit cause i never got it

Twice now video visit started 5 and 10 minutes late. it is so upsetting to children sitting there waiting and then to be cut short the visit because the securus company did not start video visit on time.
I did talk with a customer service person,she was very nice but of course I have to fill out papers to ask for refund. I s that going to change anything? She suggested trying another app or internet service.
What I want is to get a full video visit that I paid for..This company has a total monopoly on inmate phone services and they are expensive ,the least that could happen is to get the service we pay for!!! If it says start visit 5 to 10 mins after visit was to start, that is not fair and this has to change..
