everytime I call I get representative that dont know what they are doing, always get different answers for everything !! I dont know why they call this line securus technical support they are NO HELP!all they can do is reschedule and cancel appt!!
we can all do that!! THIS SYSTEM SUCKS!! terminals are always down!!!!

I called them this morning regarding a charge for a video visit, I tried to explain this lady about the charge she didn’t giveme time to explain, SHE WAS RUDE, SHE HANG UP THE PHONE ON ME, and I tried to call them back again 3 times, the phone only ring 1 time then the hang up again. I’m so pissed, RUDE PEOPLE AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
