I've complained about ADA issues in-person every, many years I've been at Inman Connect - NYC, nothing gets done. This year, I tried to watch the Connect events virtually in my office, there is no CC:
I've tried working with staff in the past, but all that I get are nodding heads - no execution.
So, I'm left with no other option than to seek an attorney very well-versed with the ADA.
Pls send to me the name of the law firm that represents Inman. I will be interviewing ADA attorneys, while I wait for your answer.

I never auto renew on this company. They called me last year to offer me a $99 deal instead of the $199 they typically charge.
I accepted and someone on their end activated autorenew on my account. Now I get a $199 charge on my cc that I never approved and never would. Playing email tag with a clueless CS rep and no one picks up the phone. Agents!!
Stay away from them and everything they do. They are a badly run organization with scam billing process.

They responded after 6 days and said 11/18/24 they would cancel but can’t cancel since the new subscription started 11/18/23. I’m going to call American Express to see if I can reverse that charge.
I received a $295.00 charge on my American Express Card and i did not extend my subscription. Please credit my account asap. I cant ever get in contact with anyone is this is my second day of trying.

Resolved: Auto Renewal

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. After numerous emails to upper management they agreed to refund my money.
I signed up last year on January 5th, 2022. I was charged $199 on 1/5/23 for auto renewal I never agreed to.
You will never reach a live person for support on their phone #. It goes to voicemail.
The customer support emails respond I won't get a refund.
Their receipt says that they will email a week before charging the account for auto renewal. I never received an email.
BE AWARE this company will automatically auto renew you without your agreement and even if you try and cancel the auto renewal 5 days after you see the bogus charge to your credit card they will not refund your $.

What is the email address of the upper management? I have a though time locating anymore. I paid for subscription but my account is suspended because i disputed partial amount of fee that was above and beyond the advertised price
