Never received product, no response from customer service, charged my credit card did not send product.
I ordered 2 prints from this Instagram/Shopify account that has 218k followers on instagram. I never received a shipping confirmation, my credit card was charged.
I reached out to the customer service email provided, got a generic email back indicating my shipment would be "top priority" and I would receive shipment confirmation in the next 3 business days. That was a lie. I have since heard nothing, it's been radio silence, I have sent multiple follow up emails.
Currently have been billed $185 with no prints on the way and radio silence form the company. Scam...
Fraud... do not order form this fake business.
