Back cartridges sent out
I ordered what was supposed to be and paid for two new original HP 94 black cartridges. They were both some type of Chinese knockoff that printed lightly a dark gray color.
I sent them a Email message about it 3 weeks ago with my older number name and everything and I just got ignored. So this is obviously a scam company.

I have ordered ink from Inksmile for an old printer. I always had good luck and prices were very good.
This was the first time the HP cartridge didn't work. I sent a message asking to resolve the problem and they promised to send a replacement cartridge.

Ink jet cartridges.
I ordered a few inkjet cartridges and they did not work. The company apologized and refunded the full purchase price.

The ink cartridges I received are defective. I have tried numerous times to get my money refunded and don't feel I should pay almost $7 to $10 to send it back, depending on the shipping option I choose.
I tried calling them. I got an automated phone system where they act as if they're a big company. I looked them up using Google Earth with their address. They appear to be a very small company.
With that being said, since they seem to believe they're a bunch of stuck-up hot dogs, I can see they don't care about treating customers with respect. I do not recommend them.
