Callled for an exchange or refund
I ordered 3 pairs of sneakers, one pair was not a slip on and they were a size 7. I wear an 11. This issue has not been resolved yet.

What a JOKE
So beyond pissed. Ordered these sneakers - they showed up and at first glance they looked AMAZING.
Upon further inspection, you could see the blue lines that someone had drawn on the fabric as a guide for cutting it out!! On both shoes and it is SO obvious once you see it. Asked them about how they were going to fix it - have sent an email a day for the past three days with no response and the live chat just tells me that support will assist via email.
Unreal. Will NEVER order from this company again which SUCKS because I love their stuff!

I would like tohear form them about when, WHEN these shoes and boots might be available. They are not available in my size, and since I ordered a 9 and need an 8, I need to find out if and when they'll be available. I called the company and couldn't reach a human being.

Returned shoes never received credit, did not receive a replacement different size either
Ordered a pair of boots as a birthday gift unfortunately it was too small I needed one size bigger, finally received a shipping label from the company to do an exchange for a bigger size, I returned the shoes never received notice that was received and never recd my new size

I needed to change an order and emailed them. I really wanted to call though as I needed the order changed asap.

They did end up getting back to me immediately and the issue was resolved. So I am happy with the company just wish they had a phone number on their website.

Im not pissed off I just wanted to talk to a person!! I wanted to return my shoes because they didnt fit well and your site said free returns but they charged me for the return so I guess its not free? So anyway probably wont buy anything else from you but I really thought the shoes were cute and well made.
