Defective ink cartridges
Just beware. Awful customer service.
Numerous lies about replacing my defective ink cartridges that was never shipped. Then they stopped responding.
No response at all since the original email April 7th, 2026 where they stated they would be sending a replacement order. I've attached the screenshots from the email.
Beware of these con artists!!!
Most likely run by foreigners that scam Americans all the time! This company needs to be thoroughly investigated!
Still no response from anyone with Inkjets.com. I've emailed and called.
The numerous times I've called and given them my name and situation they hung up and then won't answer after that. They won't respond to any emails at all
I purchased 4 black and 2 color 63XL Link cartridges for my HP printer. 63XL is a high-yield cartridge that should print several hundred pages per ink cartridge.
Out of the 2 black and 1 color cartridge, I only managed to get 150 pages total printed. I contacted them by email, and they said they would send a replacement order and I would get it in 2 to 7 business days. It's now been about 15 business days.
They will not respond to any emails after the email claiming they were processing a replacement order. Stay away!
