Custom printed cookie toppers- Colors changes, poor quality and tastes like regular paper

I just received my order for custom printed cookie toppers. I am very disappointed with the outcome.

First, the colors have completely changed - the background for both the cookie toppers are a taupe green shade. The background for the topper with butterflies should have been white or ivory and the butterflies should have had a golden palette, not black. Second, it tastes like regular paper -- definitely not edible. It appears like someone used a poor quality printer to print these sheets.

Were they just printed on regular paper? No one should be allowed to eat these?

Again, I am extremely upset with these toppers. I will be throwing these out.

Mistakes are made. That is part of life.

However, in order to remedy the mistake, they need to do better. Icing image was sent torn at the corner. Perhaps the person who put it in the envelope thought it was ok. However, it is not ok to send a damaged product to a client.

Upon contacting them, they said they'll send the replacement out but when I asked for overnight delivery (since I paid extra to have it quicker because I needed it), they refused saying overnight delivery is too expensive. What? You made a mistake! You have to sometimes eat the cost and make the situation correct?

Refund the money if you don't want to spend the money to send it out overnight?

None was done so I am now forced to wait for late late delivery and perhaps won't have enough time to decorate the cake or stay up all night to finish the decoration. Stay away from this place.DD

I can't say enough bad things this company is misleading after placing a order for edible ink and rec. confirmation of shipping over 2 weeks ago still not gotten my ink. Sent email, fb and any way I could got a email back today it shipped yesterday after all my emails this is not how I would do business ever!!!

Terrible product/service

I ordered a photo cake topper. They went ahead and changed my photo without telling me or communicating anything with me.

It looks terrible and nothing like what I sent in and I am not able to use. When contacting them they said there was nothing they could do and customers usually appreciate it.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company! Bad communication and customer service.

Waste of money

I purchased an edible printer bundle in July 2020 among some other products. Everything arrived except for the ink and cartridges that were supposed to be with the printer.

Without those I can not even use the printer. Now it’s September and I still have not received the missing items. I’ve gone back and forth with this company many times over the past couple of months and it has been a horrible experience. They want you to email them and not call.

And now they have stopped responding to emails about my missing parts. $450+ for a printer that I can’t use and they do not take returns.
