Just trying to get some information on my Inkbird food sealer that I received as a Christmas gift. I did not realize I was being charged for the call, which was very quickly answered with some advertisement and then hung up on, so I better not be charged for this call.
- So far i like the product
- Trying to find out if it has a warranty but not able to find one

Can’t connect
you could do better by answering a phone call. I have been trying for days to set this up and can't... very frustrating

INKBIRD’s “support” is a joke
INKBIRD sent me canned reply on how to correct the problem with their device. I’ve tried their suggestions 10 or 12 times.
It still doesn’t work. Now they have stopped responding to me at all.
No support via phone. Only email.
Then you only get answers out of their booklet that are useless. This device has NEVER WORKED.

- - It buzzes with the message (ERR) during setup.
- - Unplugging, re-plugging, and restarting did not fix it, and I bought the setup secondhand.
Ive tried unplugging it and plugging it back in and restarting it, but it keeps buzzing at me with the message (ERR) when i try to set it up that message keeps popping up. I have no idea what to do anymore and i need help cause I tried everything the manual/google told me to do, and its kind of stressing me out. I didnt buy it from a store I bought the whole thing (bearded dragon, vivarium, inkbird, heat lamp timer) off someone else

My inkbird itc-308-wifi that I just bought from Amazon will not switch to the heating outlet. But the cooling side does turn on as expected.
I was able to connect to wifi without problem and the unit seemed to be working fine. Then after 3 days the heating side of the controller’s outlet terminal suddenly stopped working. I tried resetting the controller, but only the cooling side of the outlet plug works. Very unhappy.
I lost a couple of plants to the weather which were imporant to me, only because the controller stopped working. I don’t trust a service asking for money for a problem I didn’t need to happen.
