Both cartridges did not print when placed into the printer immediately after opening pkg or in another printer that used the same cartridges. Tried several techniques to restart the ink but it appears that they are essentially dry.
First time ordering from Inktech. Placed order through another company and the cartridges worked right away.

On April 2nd of this year I ordered (online) printer cartridges for my HPColorJet3600.......I send in the payment of $103.56 and the cartridges never arrived. I called and spoke to a VERY rude person who told me they never heard of me.
I stated that they heard enough to spend my money!!! I have placed a statement on Facebook, and contacted my bank, but I will NEVER order from them again!

I purchased several ink cartridges for my aging HP7300 printers. None worked despite scrupulously following the IT directions for use.
I tried on two different 7300 printers without any success. The IT draconian return directions are ridiculous, it cost me $10 to return their junk, I'm sure to be sold to some other unsuspecting soon to be pissed off customer.

i ordered 2 ink cartridges they was ready to send me 8 and put a charge of 154.08 i called them about it they put a credit on my card of 154.08 and said they cancelled the order but before the credit could be process the credit was removed from my card and the charge on 154.08 was added back to my card and they said it was the credit card company fault they removed the charge the credit, that was not true

I Ordered 4 Canon colorink cartridges for a canon image class inkjet printer and they did not fit machine. I contacted Company and they refunded cartridge cost but not my high postage cost to return.
Besides driving some distance to post office and paying a lot to return them I expected a full refund. They messed up, I didn't but yet I paid to return their mistake. I am widowed and living on social security so I have to be careful where I spend my money. My recommendation, please be smart stay away from them!
I wish I had gone to Amazon instead who gives consumers no flack on returns. I tried to reason with them with repeated emails.
Even asked them to talk to a supervisor which obviously was a total loss. Why would anybody want to buy with such a low class, don't care about their customers, *** company.
