I have an issue with your South Park, Charlotte, NC store and have emailed two times previously with no response. I called your customer service number and it is always busy.

The store is dishonest and not refunding the product I returned to them. They told me something I was sold would do one thing and when I checked dermatologist said it won't.
I want a refund. Had previously purchased and was owed 10 more facials which I will not be returning for as the employees giving incorrect information.
I am reporting to the BBB in hopes no one else is cheated as I have been.
