Hi, We in SKILLROOTS company approached INGIC DESIGN to discuss our requirements for a Company logo, Stationery design, Website Design, and Social Media Profile and Cover photos. After several discussions, we reached a mutual agreement and paid the agreed price. After spending more than 11 months, they didn't deliver our order, with difficulty we downloaded the whole files of one of the items of the order but the rest they hold them and requested for $4000 extra to release any other items of the order claiming that this is a required to be claimed by the state department as there are problems coming in the system, they mentioned that they will pay $2000 from their side!!! , and they need $2000 from our side, which completely and obviously a fraud action. Before 6 months they requested for another hidden fees that weren't discussed during the initial agreement, those fees was almost $500 they claimed that it was for copyright, later we found that the agency they used to register our logo was a fraud agency. We requested to remove the logo from any material and deliver the rest of the order, but they started to say you need to register your material with United States Trademark and we will receive an email from United States Higher Education to pay the fees, also started to say this a matter of National Security due to America and Iran conflict !!! We have screenshots with all communications of this fraud activity. This was a very disappointing experience, we didn't expect this to happen from an American company which we approach to it based on the good reputation of the American Companies, but actually this was a very bad experience.
