Poor product followed by poor customer care and no communication
I purchased a Turkey roast roll, 3/4 of it was wasted as it had so much fat and gristle through it. Rang the contact on the box, they got me to email all details off.
(6/10/22) I didn't hear from them so on the 7/11/22 I rang again to be told complaints vouchers had been sent the day before. 3 weeks later and still hadn't received anything. I also rang the local factory where I was told they would get someone to call me (no calls here either) I once again rang the customer service number only to be cut off while getting transferred.
I have also submitted an online complaint listing everything, but surprisingly no reply there either.It has now been over 2months!! Very poor Customer care service!!!
