Still waiting for the Rx. It has been 5 days since he ran out.

Not supposed to stop medication. It is a critical medication for severe GvHD.

My son has battled cancer for 6 years. 3 as a child/3 as an adult. Ingenio is constant source of frustration and critical mistakes. We have never had this poor of service with any other provider. 1 critical med was sent to a 2 yr old address. He has been out of another critical med for 4 days.

User's recommendation: Avoid at all costs.

Terrible communication

Getting multiple calls daily from different people regarding the same situation but with different information. Usually wrong. Going on 3rd week of trying to get refill. This is ridiculous! Too many cooks in the kitchen.

Because I am a pissed of customer

Like everyone else, I am stuck with Ingenio-Rx because my carrier is Blue Cross. It's week 3 of me going back and forth with them, my doctor and Skyrizi trying to get my second starter dose filled. The people I talk to are nice but they are either incompetent, liars or both. Because there is no way they keep making the same mistakes over and over again about getting a prior authorization three times for the same starter dose. It's a good thing my medicine is not to save my life because I would have been dead a long time ago because of so much delay.

User's recommendation: Avoid Blue Cross Blue Shield so you don't have to deal with Ingenio-Rx.

I don't know what has happened to IngenioRX but the reps doing intake for authorization are dry and come across ruled. I use to enjoy speaking to the reps. It doesn't hurt to be nice on the phone

Refusal to provide my prescriptions, again

This company has repeatedly failed to process refills until after I have run out of medication. Call them and you will get a list of the rules they think justifies not correcting their screw-ups and you will still go days or weeks without needed prescriptions.

Dupixent injectable pens

Ingenio refuses to fill the RX prescribed by the makers of Dupixent , and the DR. A loading dose is 2 pens when you receive the meds , then another pen in 15 days , then another pen in 15 days . this is called the loading dose . Ingenio will only send 2 pens to start , and 2 pens a month later. Have spent hours on conference call with them & Dupixent my way . When you receive your meds the packing slip will say QTY 4 ordered , QTY SHIPPED 4 . Quantity actually received is 2 . They are fraudulent people at Ingenio , and that's who my INS decided to partner with (ANTHEM / BLUE CROSS)

Anthem / Blue Cross owns Ingenio-Rx. So there is no incentive for Ingenio-Rx to do better for the consumers since they make money regardless. This should be illegal.

My husband and I have been working with Anthem for several month, directly with Ingenio Rx and these is the worst experience which I have in all my life. Opetators did not know anything, you must spend hours and hours trying to reach someone who is at least a half of idiot. You call to doctor's office to force Ingenio Rx to do their job. In the last time we spent two weeks trying to solve our problem. I call everyday and each tyme these idiots tell me they have nothing. I call to Anthem and say I want to leave a complain and this is when a situation moves to the right direction. I hope we live soon to the better company. Everyone should panish Anthem with money.
