My Meg box is not working properly

- - A 5-year plan was purchased, but the product isn’t usable.
I tried calling Infomir, but no one picked up and I never received a call back. I'm still having issues with my MAG box, even though I bought a 5-year plan.
It seems like I wasted my money, as I haven't been able to use it for a long time. This has been a very bad experience, and I definitely wouldn't recommend this product to anyone.
