Issues with internet signal that they refuse to look into
See attached photos. Note that multiple channels have a ridiculous amount of correctables and noncorrectables. Please also note how multiple channels on downstream are not locked. Then theres the multiple channels that are out of spec. All on a brand new Netgear CM1200 cable modem. And Infinitylink in Snow Hill, NC refuses to look into it.
User's recommendation: Avoid if you have your own internet equipment
