I was trying to call Infinity Spas Costa Rica. It was a terrible experience. First an unfriendly voice answered the phone and said he had to pass me through. I waited for quite a while, then they hung up. The second time I rang, noone answered at all. The third time, a guy answered but without saying a SINGLE WORD he put the telephone beside the phone, so that he could go on with his job undisturbed. I could overhear whole conversations with...

Recently found out that Infinity Spas has changed the name of some of their spas to Raindance. Do not get confused with Sundance.Buyers should be aware and do their homework! You will see that Raindance gets a 10 across the board on poolandsparatings.com because the website is controlled by associates of the manufacturer. Check out the Better Business report on Infinity Spas. The good news is if you have purchased your spa from Costco you may be...

Purchase of hot tub May 2008. At Empire Building Materials Leesport, Pennsylvania After about two months I noticed that it seemed the hot tub was loosing water. I at first attributed this to splashing, evaporation etc. On August 12, 2008 I noticed it lost several inches of water in a few hours, After removing the side panel it was obvious that the tub was leaking. Water was visually dripping under the hot tub in several places. After using...
