Terrible Company, Shady Acres.

I went to Infinity Medical Weight Loss for 2 years. I stopped going when sketchy things starting taking place.

The doctor was never on site. I wasn't tested at all for any kind of health issues before being issued bottles and bottles of Phentermine. The weight did start coming off, but as soon as I got off of it, I gained all my weight back and then some. The nurses were wonderful but the place itself was sketchy.

Recently, I had to reach out to the Emotional Health company that had Infinity under their umbrella. It was nearly impossible getting a hold of anyone, and when I did, they nearly fought me to get my records to me.

This place was a disaster from the start. I felt so bad for the nurses who had to put up with all of it.

Infinity Medical Weight Loss - Weight Loss Product Review from Cornelius, North Carolina

We went to infinity weight-loss and we lost weight but evidently they decided not to include the medication in the monthly fees but they didn't reduce the amount of the monthly fees so we decided to discontinue using their service. We canceled and I did not realize that they continue to draft not just $99 a month but another $99 a month which was for my daughter who is no longer eligible under my flex pay for six months.

When they exhausted the funds in my flex pay I got a call from them saying your draft did not go through. I called them and said we have not been there since February and this was August. I've talked to three people they've all either left now they not want to return my calls. We no longer had money for my husbands medication, which is $300 a month.

As of right now I have left nine messages for someone to call me. No one calls back!

At first I thought it was just the $99 a month they did not tell me they had been drafting for both. I offered to go back to the prior to my son's wedding to lose a few pounds which would be a good solution to the problem in my mind. I was willing to work with them but no phone call to resolve the issues.

Now that I know that they took $1200 out of my account after basically they voided the contract by not including the medication and didn't have me sign anything out saying that that wouldn't be a part of the service.

I would not recommend infinity medical weight loss to anyone. They are not an honest company.

You're right. They never call you back.

So Sad!

All I'm saying is 7 people out of the 10 people that were there in January, quit their jobs all around the same time. It's because we all got calls from the medical board asking questions.

They know that Erin Trebbe administered Phentermine and prescription medications and she has no license whatsoever. Mallary Minnich administered medications and she was an LPN from Florida (her license didn't work here - per medical board). There's actually a lady that is filing with the medical board saying it is the reason she developed a heart problem from the lack of testing before getting handed a stimulant from someone unauthorized. Dr.

Stoudmire does order the medication from an online site and it's just very sketchy. When the 7 nurses (that quit at the same time I did) and I started figuring out what was going on we felt SO bad for our patients. The nurses genuinely care about the health of our patients (I promise we did the best we could). But the management and DOCTOR who runs it all could care less and it is so so sad.

Please google other weight loss clinics, I promise it is so worth it!

If you are still going there, the nurses that have been there forever do genuinely care about you and will do what they can to help and encourage you. They deserve to be somewhere way better and so do the patients!!

Hi I'm Mallary Minnich. The information aforementioned is incorrect about myself.

My license was endorsed by the north Carolina compact law and was active at the time of practice. I'm sorry to hear that clients had bad experiences and unsuccessful results.

I suggest that any customers and disgruntled ex-employees refrain from using slander against my name when they are absolutely uninformed and lack the knowledge of consequences for such actions . I wish you all luck on your journeys to weight loss.

I agree. I was going there fir a while and it seemed like the weight stopped dropping which led me to believe the medication had been watered-down but the fees increased . Never met the doctor but the nurses or help there were really nice.

You're a terrible person.

Not what I saw

I went to more than one of their infinity weight loss locations, over the last 4 months- and I was happy at either.

I can't tell you how unfortunate to see someone saying things so speculative and degrading about someone else's' personal life, when no one cares about his personal life!

I cared about me and what I got from this time I bought a package from an online group on and it's really sad honestly when I think about it enough I could cry that is how much I am better off from my experience. I say this as a Christian woman and mean it to the very last minute.

I really mean this as I was contemplating surgery for 3 months. I think you should be a shamed of yourself and get to know what you are talking about before ever commenting again.

I'm confused. I was worried about patient safety and you are posting saying I'm wanting attention or airing out dirty laundry.

they are nice people but just be aware, the nurse you are seeing is not legally allowed to give out the medication to you that she is.

No, that is not true. This state has very specific laws according to the NCBON that I've both read and even called regarding.

I was a patient, and my daughter had been employed (quite a while ago now) at an office too.

Mind you, the doctor had not been present often, so that lacking certainly was obvious. However, the nurse that I had seen even called the doctor before recommending since my blood pressure was an issue for me about 4 1/2 years ago when I had a lot going on in my life but it has been okay with medication or anything since from eating well, low sodium, working out- all the good things that were reiterated from this nurse as well. Her knowledge was obvious and I'd even go back today to ask her just about anything regarding these medications.

That is a fact, and I would suggest anyone who had any questions do the same. I will have to ask my daughter what her name is, because I am the absolute worst with names- but seriously, she knew her stuff. And I did follow up after meeting with her to my doctor and looked online, which both confirmed everything she had advised me on. Not only that but the nursing board was concerned with the handling of medication dispensing, but this was back when there were not so many offices I've been informed there are about a dozen now.

I hope that nurse is still there so you can feel better about this negative information. I'd be 6 feet under if I was still doing the bad habits she helped me break. This is the G honest truth, and I honestly mean every word I am saying! I have nothing bad to say at all.

I think that having a medication guide might help ease your concern about the medication dispensed. The controlled medication is one thing, and yes I pray for those that each are following the laws enforced for safe practice, but if you have an inkling into the medical field, you would know this is a speck of dust in the universe of dangerous medication administration prescribing dosing etc- dispensing too.

If I let my daughter know and she tells me the name again I will ask her to post the document emailed to her from the board of nursing.

eased my worries, and she can post the name too because I don't like this at all.

Not saying the nurse doesn't have any knowledge, however it is illegal. They also had unlicensed girls prescribing medication to patients.

These girls know nothing about medication. Very scary.

Untrue. It's definitely legal and they do it under the supervision of the doctor.

Do you work there? No, so you can excuse yourself.

There also aren't unlicensed "girls" or nurses. Nice try again though.

I'd back this company any day. I know things on the inside and a lot of people work for a***^^^^^* but regardless, I know from experience AND from sitting on the board myself (prior to 2012 as I've relocated) that assumption fly rampant.

I think you should just wait and see the volume of people positively impacted by the "girls". How disrespectful.

The nurses he hires are beyond amazing. None of them deserve to work there because they are much better than that place..

They are all legally fine to administer the medication, the illegal part that he is doing is having his step daughter Nicole fill the medications & the shots herself in a room on the other side. Go somewhere else that you have to get a LEGAL authorized prescription for... These pills that they give you, and shots, all come in the mail from God knows where.

Trust. You will be much better off, there are plenty of other places where everything is much more legal.

You do not know who fills the medications and you are clearly mistaken dear.

Disgusting, manipulating, sexual harassing doctor with a mistress who runs the company

Please look up the reviews for "Outlook Behavioral Health". I am an employee and you really need to think twice before coming here. Infinity Medical Weight Loss is ran by the same exact people and do the same exact thing as Outlook Behavioral Health. Go to other weight loss clinics, there's plenty in Charlotte that genuinely care about their patients and patients safety. The doctor doesn't see any of you patients for a reason, he DOESN'T care. All he cares about is money and trying to sleep with the next young girl he hires.

It's literally so sad.

Good for you, dropping former coworkers' names! Must feel good, you are now just as awful as your former employers'!

Be proud, young lady!

You were obviously NOT one of the nurses you try to associate yourself with. Throwing out claims about a patient pointing fingers for her 'heart problem' due to 'lack of testing'. You are as big of an *** as she!

Bravo! Cheers! Get a life!!

Go get a real degree then start making legit accusations! Best of luck in your future, you are a complete ***!
