Infinity hair Salon Key West is HORRIBLE
I have so many complaints I don't know where to start. First, I drove 30 minutes to Key West to my hair appt.
On my way I received a phone call that my appointment was changing to a different day and time. I asked if they had done the Coppola Keratin treatments. I was told yes, they even have stylists that specialize in the treatment. I was told emphatically to have the straightening treatment FIRST and then the color.
I have ALWAYS had the color and straightening treatment the same day, color first. They then told me I would have to come back 3 days later for the color. The Keratin WAS NOT Coppola. It only took the stylist 1.5 hours, (normally it takes about 3), and my hair was NO DIFFERENT!
I fell ripped off, my hair is still frizzy. I went back for them to redo it and I was told I just needed a replenishing conditioner. I went in, (they tried to change my appt again)my hair is still frizzy. I asked for a hair cut (60 dollars later) hoping that would make my hair look better.
The cut was awful. While getting out of the chair I noticed it was totally uneven. I asked her to even it out. The managers do not know what they are doing, and the color specialist doesnt have ANY idea what he is talking about.
The manager could have cared less. I have been to many salons and this was by far the WORST cutand Coppola treatment I have EVER received. They make you believe you are getting the best in the industry,,trust me.They are a joke. If you want the straightening treatment DO NOT wast your 300 dollars here.
They do not know how to do it correctly.
I am out of money and hair is awful.They could care less. Thats ok, the internet has a way of getting the truth out to people and it DOES affect business!!

I went to Michael for color and cut, must say I'm loving my hair and have had many compliments. He is a riot to talk to.
Although their prices are high for Key West, you do get what you pay for.
I have no problem paying extra when my hair feels and looks this good. The staff is friendly and helpful and they offer complimentary Mimosas, Wine etc.
So I go to get a new car and I ham so pissed, I mean, like I have to drive a half hour all the way to the dealership that's thirty minutes away. Then when I get there they want to tell me how the car works. Like I've never drove before? I mean just because the guys been a factory certified master mechanic for 25years....
Look just because it has a Mercedes-Benz emblem on the hood and comes with a full warranty and I bought it at a Mercedes-Benx dealership doesn't mean it's a Mercedes. I just don't believe this Mercedes I bought is really a Mercedes and I know Mercedes.;)
Trust me.
Now I'm out of many and it's all there fault down at that Mercedes Benz dealership.
I won't go back either...
Received a solicitation in the mail, 20% off for locals so I thought I'd give it a try. I'm pretty simple, I like a simple cut with NO styling or products and I explained that to Michael.
He insisted he liked to trim the ends when they were dry so, whatever, I let him blow dry. Well, guess what - that was considered a style and my simple medium-length hair cut took an hour and cost $60.
And he wouldn't shut up the entire time - me, me, me, blah, blah, blah. I will NEVER go back there.
WOW Smh!!Sounds like you wouldn't know a good Haircut if it slapped you in the face. Hello, who goes to a Salon and asks for NO styling or products!?
And by the way $60 is extremely reasonable. Why not just save yourself the time, money and nasty comments and go to Super Cuts next time, and request a mute stylist!
The previous comments do not reflect my experience at Infinity Hair at all. My haircut was one of the best I ever had.
They shampooed and styled it and I was in and out of there in less than hour for less than fifty bucks including tip.
The staff were very nice and professional. I try to get my haircut there every time now (when they can fit me in, they stay busy) and recommend them to all my friends.
I agree....I went to Infinity on February 22nd to get my hair curled for a 1920's party. The stylist took 20 minutes to curl my short hair with a curling iron;no shampoo, no cut...$75.00.
What a joke. I will never go near that place again.
