I should mention; before they took any action They had written to Infinity Group Australia Bella Vista Graeme Holm with grievances to try and get some answers/solutions, to make sense of it all the reply I received from Infinity Group Australia Bella Vista Graeme Holm was that they will only confer through their lawyers!!!

It is clear another scam has been uncovered in the Graeme Holm saga. This time it involves his financial planning business Money Management Masters ACN 601 36* 803.

This company was registered on the 20th August 2014 and guess who was the Director, none other than Rebecca Walker (Graeme Holms wife) Yes, you guessed it correctly, Graeme Holm appointed his wife as the Director of his Financial Planning Company. Of course he would have disclosed this in his statements of Advice! Of course, he did NOT.

In fact he constantly breached the Law by not disclosing that his wife Rebecca was the Director to all the unsuspecting and Naïve purchasers of his overpriced Queensland property. It doesn’t end there, it gets worse, because he never trusted his wife, he made the share holder, yes you guessed it a company that he owns.

This Company Pro5per Investments Pty Ltd ACN: 604 24* 832 is at his registered address at his mansion at Woolooware Road, Burraneer, NSW 2230. What a gentleman, put his wife up for all the risk and then takes all the profits. Nice guy. Imagine how he treats his clients.

Graeme being the smart business man must have got some legal advice (Or realised he’s really in love with his wife) because he found another person to front his Financial Planning company, this time by way of an unsuspecting person by the name of James Lucas, who born in 1983 surprisingly lives in a commercial office building in that place where dreams and scams are made THE GOLD COAST!

So on 5th February 2015 Rebecca decided not to put her neck in the noose and instead swapped roles with Mr. James Lucas, (or did Graeme have a change in heart) but not totally because Rebecca was still secretary of the company Graeme recommends set up self-managed superannuation funds for another 18 months till they relinquished control entirely on the 29 November 2015.

But Graeme didn’t really lose control at all, this straw director , Mr. James Lucas, now just fronts for Graeme because he is holding the shares for him under a trust. That’s why his shares are not beneficially owned, they are secretly owned by Graeme, because he doesn’t trust anyone. His lawyer hold all the trust deeds, just ask him.

So here it is:

* •Infinity Group Australia canvases unsuspecting Mum and Dad Investors to buy over priced properties in Queensland, by offering them a tablet.

* •Graeme Holm recommends people set up a self-managed superannuation fund via a company that his wife was a Director and he is shareholder.

* •Graeme Makes $50,000 through his property real estate company RG FAMILY REALTY GROUP PTY LTD 169 10* 128; in commissions that he doesn’t disclose to his clients. He doesn’t disclose this in any statement of advice. He doesn’t disclose this on his credit guide and it certainly isn’t represented in his contracts for sale. He is in breach of his financial services obligations and his credit obligations. FACT he has sold for so many developers.

* •Graeme makes $3,000 -$4,000 off his budgeting program that he buys for $100 and sells to each client and also charges them 10% of whatever they save for the privilege.

* •Graeme also makes money for establishing the Self-managed superannuation fund for each of the clients and this comes back to him because of his secret undisclosed Trust arrangements that he setup on the Gold Coast.

* •All this can be seen by the way the money funnels through all his bank accounts. He has never disclosed this. WE are watching you Graeme Holm You will be EXPOSED. You shouldn’t have ripped us off.

* •His previous AFSL provider BALLAST FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT AFSL 233180 ACN 086 60* 041 terminated his agreement on the 15th August 2015 because of irreconcilable differences, mainly complaints about selling overpriced investment properties in QLD to unsuspecting MUM and Dads.

* •Graeme then contacted MY PLANNER [AFSL 345905 ACN 140 52* 225] and on the 15 July 2016, Money Management Masters ACN 601 36* 803 commenced with MY PLANNER as an authorised representative. Graeme’s straw Director James Lucas was granted accreditation. MY PLANNER didn’t know about the conflicts in the background, because Graeme Holm would have told Lucas not to tell them anything about it. Just wait until the wave of complaints come when people realise they have all been ripped off by $50,000 for each property they sell and the budget doesn’t WORK!!!!

With over 20 companies that Graeme Holm is either the Director or Shareholder or related arty to, there is no doubt there are so many conflicts.

We now know which loans Graeme did to get sacked Feom Westpac. and who graeme was doing loans for when he was sacked from Weatpac.

we got another email saying that Graeme was putting through these fraudulent SMSF loans for Stanley On High through Westpac Nerang. We have 10 victims in this property already. We now know that David Anthony was going direct to Graeme, even though he had a broker sitting in the next office next to him. What a scammer he is.

Graememust be exposed. David Anthony was sub leasing to a broker called Joseph Ghoussain. We are told David sold the said brokerage businessto Joseph.???? we are investigating.

We heard when Graeme got the boot, David Anthony from Zest group employed Graeme even when he had a cancelled real estate licence. The lawyers have inform Asic and fair trading about all these activities.

He is such a slimeball., Some other has come to us and said to us that there are major structural issues with Stanly On High Which was caused by another South East Qld dodgy builder/ developer.

Cold called us, said we were eligible for a financial check and lure of free Google Home Mini. We agreed to a time, woman from the company called a few days before to confirm our details.

She asked if my husband was a licensed builder, I said of course he is licensed, you can't work without a license, the caller then said we weren't eligible! We would only be eligible if my husband was UNLICENSED!!!! I said you have to be licensed to be a legitimate builder, she said no it doesn't meet their criteria, they are only after unlicensed builders. I said that didn't make any sense and she just kept saying you can be a builder and not be licensed.

What a ridiculous company seeking out people that aren't licensed, what sort of deals are they trying to do with unlicensed tradies? caller wasn't interested in my saying you can't work if you're not licensed.

I hung up on her. Didn't make any sense, they must be scammers.

They ripped me off by selling me a property in an area in QLD that floods. I can’t even get insurance on the property now.

Infinity investments ripped me off. They said I would get 350 a week rent and now I can’t even get rent unless I drop price by 160 I can’t even get $200 a week. My mortgage is over $350,000 and I owe insurance and more money on my house. INFINITY INVESTMENTS AND GRAEME HOLM RIP ME OFF.they say they are.
