AI Highlights
  • - Dec 4, 2017 contract with Infinity Construction Group Robert Brown; $7,000 deposit; due Jan/Feb 2018; by 9/2018 no permit or work; Brown unresponsive.

We contracted with Robert Brown of Infinity Construction Group, Inc. (license #'s: CBC-059268/CCC-132****) on December 4th, 2017 to construct a front porch and install a window on our home.

At the time the contract was signed, a deposit was collected by him for $7,000. The project should have been completed by January or February of 2018.

As of September 12th, 2018-- more than 9 months later-- no permit has been obtained, no construction has been started, and the contractor, Robert Brown, is unresponsive to repeated attempts to discuss the project or return our deposit.

We were left with no choice but to file formal complaints with several entities, post reviews of our experience on several websites and retain an attorney.
