They said they shipped, gave tracking number, never sent anything, I've been trying to reach them for weeks. The respond to the email saying they are shipping but still haven't received.
Stopped responding to voicemails.
They don't answer the phone. Only can leave a voicemail.
Preferred solution: Full refund

If I could rate this company a zero, it would still be too high.
After 8 months, InfinitiKloud tells me they can't refund me because it's been more than 180 days since I bought the product. Of course it has!
They've been stringing me along for longer than that!!! I'm not sure this company is even legitimate.
I can't think of anything else now other than BBB and litigation. AVOID this company at all costs!!!!!
This is very much not resolved. Not sure why it's been marked as resolved.
I am still waiting for a resolution. They keep emailing me to ask if I'm satisfied and when I say no and explain why, I don't hear from them for a few weeks.
Or they tell me they're glad they resolved the issue and my ticket is closed so I have to again tell them it is not resolved so the ticket will be reopened. I didn't know this level of incompetence was existed.
Do not buy this device or anything else from this company. I'm tempted to take out ads I line and in print just to warn everyone to stay away from this farce of a company.
I do not have any social media accounts - feel free to post my review and experience on your own social media accounts to warn as many people as possible not to do business with this company!!
I literally had a stroke between the time I placed the initial order and the time the order was delivered and as a result, I could not locate my receipt for the devices.
I contacted them to have the missing the missing pieces sent or the devices replaced since they were sent without all the parts necessary for them to be functional.
After several weeks and email exchanges wherein they advised that they said they couldn't find any record of me, my order, or my account they found me and order and said they could not send me the missing pieces because they aren't sold separately and offered me a discount to buy new devices. I told them I wanted the devices replaced if they couldn't send the missing pieces since they sent them to me defective/unusable. I sent pictures of all three devices and packaging (in the same picture so they'd know that I did, in fact, get three devices and all three were missing parts).
It's been just over six months and I am still waiting for them.
They finally did agree to replace one of them and even said they sent it but that was in March and I haven't received it yet.
I asked for the tracking number and whether they were sending replacements for all three devices and I've heard nothing but crickets since.
To be fair, I have received the occasional email apologising for the inconvenience and they're sure to get back to me and still nothing. Every time I try to follow up, I get a response saying my "ticket" ie closed.
It's very frustrating and I am considering legal action at this point.
