Infiniti of Gwinnett - Don’t go there bad customer service after you buy car

Today I visited an Infiniti car dealership in Duluth GA and this will be the second bad experience I have with Infiniti employees terrible customer service.

My visit was to ask a couple of questions but my visit was not so pleasant as to when I leased the car how horrendous. They guy needs to be retrain or fired.

He probably thought I was homeless just because I was in my work cloth he did not show no importance in helping me very rude.

Warranty related

My warranty was miscommunicated to me when I purchased my vehicle and an issue arised that costed me allot of money. I reached out to Infiniti to see if an exception could be made and they were unwilling to help me and was not understanding or sympathetic to my situation.

I advised them that I was aware that they can make exceptions for their customers as this is stated in the warranty info and I was told that they do but couldnt in my case but couldve explain why. Needless to say this is my second and last vehicle that I will be purchasing from Infiniti because I value customer service and integrity over anything and they failed in those 2 areas.

Was told Cam Shaft and or Crankshaft could be bad and needs to replaced.

had that done and the Service Engine soon light came back on again March 01,2019 was told the issue was a defective Exhaust Manifold but the warranty had expired. its only 12 months even though the car had only been driven 1,200 miles.
