Do not use them! Their service sucks.
They want to send me my 3rd modem/router, whatever it is since weve been with them..7 months. They are making me pay for shipping when its their *** equipment/service thats the problem. I think our service has only worked for full 2 months this entire time.
You cant get anyone on the phone when you cal customer service and tech makes you do all of the work when they fix your issues. Stay away from them!!

Terrible. A complete scam, service does not work they will not refund your money the equipment is now yours and despite not getting service you are still charged for one month of service. This cost me $433.28

Third Party Scamming Site
- - They charge over $100/month and a $250-$300 modem; no internet in our area.

RThey have been charging us over a hundred a month (NOT TO MENTION THE $250-$300 MODEM) and they don't even offer internet in our area. And they refuse to refund a dime!!!
They made bait and switch after your two week trial period. They said it is MY FAULT because they don't guarantee any internet at all... and that's just the chance you take.
I have all the proof needed in case you think this is just a troll account. I promise you are better the furtherest away from these cubical scammers that take hundreds from hard working people and laugh about it!

We never sold you anything and don't sell a modem for $250-$300. You likely purchased from Infinite internet corp. not Infinite LTE Data, or you actually are a scamming little troll since you're already worried readers suspect you are:) Provide us a receipt that proves you bought from Infinite LTE Data and we'll do a full refund promptly.
No internet after upgrade
