Need some answers

I am still waiting for my refund that your company said had been made. I returned your products as instructed so what's the holdup?

Unless you are a scam I don't know why I have been lied to. I won't stop until I get satisfaction about this situation.

On Jan 2, 2020, I went for a facial at Infinite Beauty, Roseville Galleria. After the treatment, I was asked to sit down and go over the full facial treatment program.

Jordan is a good salesman; I ended up purchasing $3200 worth of products, some of which I was to bring with me for follow-up facials so they could use my products. That must be how/why they can offer me 12 "free" facials, since they would be using my products. I had buyers remorse, and on Jan 5, I went back to the store front to request they take back the products and refund my money. Jordan politely refused, stating their company policy of no refunds.

However, I believe I have the right to return the unused products and get my money back under the Truth in Lending Act. I was within the three days allowed by the federal government (State of CA actually allows five days). I understand their not wanting to have used products brought back, but none of mine is opened; it's actually still packed in the bags just as Jordan packed them. Jordan pointed out that he cannot be sure I have taken care of the products (i.e., not allowed them to sit in my hot car...in January, in CA?), but on the other hand, I cannot be assured the products were handled properly before I received them.

Other beauty supply vendors have return policies (Mary Kay being one). They want their customers to be happy.

I have no issue with the IB products; just with the outlay of $3200+, and I want to return the unused, unopened products for a full refund. I've contacted my credit card company, disputing the charge, since I cannot get this resolved by working directly with the IB store front in Roseville Galleria.

Want refund

on feb 18,2019 infinity beauty finally sent me a check for the full purchase price . what they charge is a few thousand dollars.

i think most elderly people can not afford that. they are sold a pretty picture and talked into buying. it is not going to make you look younger but if you can afford it well thats up to you. beware tho .

it took ten months for them to finally refund my money.

i did learn a hard lesson here. thanks

How did you get your money back? I lost $4000 to them but being hoodwinked in to their product.

I have never opened any of it. I tried shipping it to them and UPS can't find them.

THIS HAPPENED AT THE ROSEVILLE CALIF GALLERIA BLVD MALL

APRIL 24, 2018 I WAS WALKING THRU THE MALL LOOKING FOR SHOE STORES. I WAS APPROACHED BY DANIELLE AT A APIERO TREATMENT KIOSK TO TRY SOME LOTION FOR MY HANDS. SHE TALK ME INTO BUYING SOME PRODUCTS WHICH I REALLY DID NOT WANT BUT I BOUGHT ANY WAY. SHE THEN TOLD ME TO COME WITH HER TO NEXT LEVEL TO MEET SOME ONE. SHE TOOK ME TO INFINITE BEAUTY SALON AND INTRODUCED ME TO KEREN WHO IS SUPPOSED TO BE A GREAT PERSON. I AM NOT SURE WHY I AM THERE UNTIL THEY PUT ME IN A CHAIR AND KEREN STARTED WORKING ON MY FACE. I TOLD HER I DID NOT WANT THE PROCEDURE BUT SHE KEPT TELLIN ME THIS WOULD BE GOOD FOR MY SKIN. MIND YOU I AM 81 YEARS OLD AND AM SUFFERING FROM SHINGLES. THE SORES ARE GONE BUT THE NERVE PAIN IS INTENSE. SHE KEPT TELLING ME THIS WOULD BE GOOD FOR ME . I KEPT ASKING HOW MUCH AND SHE WOULDN'T TELL ME. I KEPT TELLING HER I HAD TO GO HOME AND SHE KEPT TELLING ME SHE WOULD GIVE ME A BARGIN. I TOLD HER I NEEDED TO TALK TO MY HUSBAND SEVERAL TIMES WHICH SHE IGNORED. I DON'T KNOW WHAT SHE PUT ON MY FACE BUT IT WAS WET STILL WET WHEN I STARTED HOME AS IT DRIED IT CAUSED THE NERVES IN MY FACE TO START SCREAMING. I KNEW I COULD NOT USE THESE PRODUCTS BECAUSE SOMETIME JUST MY HAIR HITING MY FACE WILL SET IT OFF. ON THE 26th APRIL I RETURNED THE PRODUCTS TO THE SALON NEVER TOUCHED STILL IN THE SAME BAG I LEFT WITH . THIS WAS LESS THAN 48 HOURS FROM THE TIME OF PURCHASE. AT THE SALON I ASKED FOR A MANAGER THERE WAS NONE AVAILABLE . DANIELLE WAS NOW WORKING IN THE SALON . I TOLD HER I WANTED TO RETURN THE MERCHANDISE. SHE SAYS NO REFUNDS. I SAID I CAN'T USE THE PRODUCTS . I ASKED HER TO MAKE A COPY OF THE PAYMENT RECEIPTS FOR BOTH PLACES AND ATTACH THEM TO THE BAGS OF MERCHANDISE I AM RETURNING. SHE SAYS SHE DIDN'T NEED TO BECAUSE SHE ALREADY HAS COPYS OF MY RECIEPTS. SHE WOULD NOT GIVE ME A REFUND BUT SHE TALKED TO SOME ONE ON THE PHONE AND CAME BACK WITH A BUSINESS CARD AND TOLD ME TO CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE. I DID WHEN I GOT HOME AND CUSTOMER SERVICE TOLD ME NO REFUNDS AND WAS VERY RUDE FOR THAT MATTER DANIELLE WAS VERY RUDE. THEY ARE ALL SWEET AND COMPLIMENTARY

WHEN THEY ARE SUCKING YOU IN. I CALLED THE CREDIT CARD CO. AND DISPUTED THE CHARGES. IT TOOK 6 WEEKS BEFORE THE CREDIT CARD CO. TOLD ME THEY WERE SIDING WITH INFINITE BEAUTY BECAUSE MY RECEIPTS SAID ON THE VERY BOTTOM NO REFUNDS WHICH I NEVER SAW UNTIL I TOOK THE RECEIPTS OUT TO CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE. I DID NOT HAVE MY GLASS ON WHEN I SIGNED THE RECEIPTS AND YOU CAN SEE WHERE IT WAS FOLDED WHEN IT WAS GIVEN TO ME.

NOW INFINITE BEAUTY SAYS THEY CAN NOT FIND THE PRODUCTS. THEY HAVE DISAPPEARED AND DANIELLE NO LONGER WORKS FOR THEM. WHEN I RETURNED THE PRODUCTS THERE WAS 2 OTHER MEN IN THE SALON. SALES PEOPLE. ONE OF THEM WARNED DANIELLE THAT I WAS COMING BECAUSE HE SAW ME ENTER THE MALL AND SAW THE BAGS I WAS CARRYING. SHE WAS PEEKING AROUND THE OPENING OF THE SALON AS I APPROACHED.

INFINITE BEAUTY HAS OFFERED ME HALF OF THE PURCHASE BECAUSE THEY CAN'T FIND THE MERCHASNDISE. I DON'T FEEL THIS IS RIGHT. I DID NOT KEEP ANY OF THE MERCHANDISE. THE FAULT IS WITH THEIR EMPLOYEES. 3 OF THEM KNEW I RETURNED IT.

I HAVE TALKED TO INFINITE BEAUTY CUSTOMER SERVICE 5 TIMES. I CALLED THEM TWICE AND THEY CALLED ME THREE TIMES. THEY MADE LOW BALL OFFERS THAT I COULD NO ACCEPT. I ALSO WENT BACK TO SALON AND TALKED TO KEREN. SHE WAS VERY RUDE AND CALLED ME A LIAR. SHE TOLD ME THEY PROBABLY THREW THE PRODUCT AWAY.

I DON'T KNOW IF THIS IS GOING ON THE COMPLAINT BUT I WOULD LIKE TO TALK TO SOME ONE FROM PISSED CONSUMER.COM PLEASE CALL ME AT 916-725-****
