Stole $116.35 from me!!!

I bought the infinity Sonic therapy anti-cellulite body device for $116.35 it didn't work it just lit up didn't do anything they told me to send it back they gave me the address I mailed it certified mail I haven't gotten a machine a new one nor my money back!!! and when l sent it back I got word they received it I send it out July 15th and we are now the end of August

User's recommendation: DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS THEY ARE CROOKS!!!!!

Customer service, there is none

I bought the Infini sonic therapy from morning save. I have called the company several times also emailed. They will not return phone calls. It is an unreliable company that apparently will not stand behind their products

Saw an ad on FB saying you get 12 essential oils free, just pay shipping and handling $7.97. This was in November. It is now January and I still have not received the product. Nor do they respond to any of my emails. They said they would notify me via email when my order was shipped. Never received email.

Vine Vera scam Masal Enterprises

Apache Mall, Rochester, Mn - Total Beauty (Vine Vera) kiosk - do not go near them. They will dupe you into anything. They have been trained well. They are scammers. Their Infini sonic therapy device(which they will tell you is FDA approved and cleared medical device) is not. Supposedly manufactured by Zepp but when you call number on booklet it's International Beauty Brand that answered by recording. Their lifetime warranty doesn't cover normal wear and tear and you send in $20.00 plus pay for shipping. The device does absolutely nothing. They claim they were"giving me a deal". Do not let them have your credit card. You do not see what they are charging you until transaction is made. They show blank ipad to sign. Receipt is folded over at bottom so you don't see "No refunds". With me they also claimed to refund one transaction because they wanted to "give the product to me". Charged me again for different product. All they need is your credit card once. Told me I was signing so I wouldn't resell product. Infini device is a joke. No results seen. I'm contacting BBB because I'm out $ 5,901.52. I don't want anyone else scammed this bad. The little *** even had the nerve to ask if I'd googled Masal. Had no idea at the time what he was talking about. He said google it. When I got the chance 2 days later I googled it and then looked at my receipts. Totally ashamed and humiliated that I was totally duped.

I'm so sorry you had this experience. Please consider consulting an attorney who practices consumer law, this sounds like fraud.

I am so upset to think they have done this to me. I am calling the AG in AZ and California The charge on my card was 425.00 I have called the bank and they stopped the charge.

My daughter kept calling me on my cell and texing me DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE IT IS A SCAM. Sure enough

I, too, have been scammed. Yes their salespeople have a script for every objection.

They even (fake) called to get me the very best price. Hah! They intimately offered me a product in a damaged package for the very best discount and the price for one of their salespeople). Continually told me that VIP's buy this program.

Fat chance. Now disputing it with my credit card.
