INetVideo didn't deliver the product, the customer support doesn't answer and they blocked me on their Facebook page after complain.

On October 3, 2012 I have ordered from iNetVideo (a.k.a. as iNetVideo.com or iNetVideo.ca) the game "Dance Dance Revolution Bundle (Includes Mat) (Xbox360)". Order #10001****, Shipment # 10001****. The fact is that since then I have been waiting for my item to arrive but several months has passed and the item never arrived. After purchasing this game, I have purchased other cheaper stuff from the store and they arrived a long time ago. But my Dance Dance Revolution Bundle never arrived. So I have tried to contact the iNetVideo customer support on march 3, 2013. (Ticket #393395) and you guys said that I should wait because you coun't track the package and some times it takes longer to arrive. But it's been 7 months and the item never arrived. I started to think that it got lost in the mail. So I have opened another ticket (Ticket # 112399) and it was closed with no answer, so reopened it, and they closed it again with no answer. So I went to their Facebook page and posted a complain. They have replied saying that I should send them an email. I did. Never got an answer. They have removed my complain from their Facebook page, trying to hide the fact from other customers. So I posted there again, this time they didn't answer and removed the complain and blocked me from commenting on their Facebook page. That's not the first time it happens when I purchase something from iNetVideo. That's the second time. And surprisingly, I'm starting to think that the store is keeping the money from the consumer and never shipping the packages. The fact is that iNetVideo was a store that I could trust but you guys closed my ticket without even answering and then blocked me from you Facebook page, which is a very suspicious activity. I feel that I can't trust iNetVideo anymore. It is starting to look like a scam. Their customer support never answer my emails and keep blocking me from their Facebook page. I just want my game. If it is really lost in the post I think that you guys must send me a replacement with a tracking number, of course, because I can't trust the store word anymore. I would usually recommend iNetVideo for my friends, but now I can see that they are total scammers. Don't buy from them, they will keep your money and will never send your product. Run away from these scammers.

THIS ISSUE WAS RESOLVED WITH THE CUSTOMER.

I work for iNetVideo and I've been in contact with this customer. We've been able to work out the situation since the posting of this complaint.

Original issue was that the order was more than 230 days old when the customer reported it missing. There were already 2 other orders in the past we shipped this customer that had gone 'lost' in the mail already.

Once we worked out the details with the customer, we were able to come up with proper resolution to the issue.

*The reason we had to block the person from the Facebook page was because they had left the same message 40+ times disrupting regular business.
