Inergy does not deliver what or when it promises

Inergy consistently sells products it does not itself make, have in stock, nor can deliver - especially anytime close to when promised.

Inergy also has VERY POOR COMMUNICATION with customers who pay them many thousands of dollars in good faith for products they then have to wonder if or when will ever be received.

The Inergy website itself and online customer accounts frequently do NOT work properly; Inergy email and order confirmation has problems; and Inergy customer service representatives act like customers calling to order or to inquire about already existing orders are just an annoying problem rather than the source of their income and the company's ability to continue to exist.

Inergy Holdings, LLC seems an attempt to limit liability of the corporate executives rather than exhibit integrity, take any personal responsibility, or focus on existing customers who have already paid them rather than on what is wanted to next sell (to someone new).

I have been disappointed with waiting for products that I paid for over 8 months ago. VERY difficult to get any response from Inergytec.

I cannot understand offering products that they have no intention of delivering.

I ordered a Rapid Charger and EMP protector for my existing Flex 1500 unit. I just hope we don't have an emergency while I'm waiting for these products to arrive.
