I had trouble figuring out the online renewal. A representative was able to help me; they were very courteous and professional.

Move pass to 2026
Both my wife Naomi and I (Chic) Lasser are able to use our pass this season do to knee issues that will be resolved with Kned Replacements this spring. We were told we had to notify that we want our pass moved to the 25-26 season.
We have not used our passes this year.
Can you please confirm that are passes will be valid next season. Thank you Chic Lasser

Charge me too much
you charge me too much sent me a renewal for 299.00 by the 28th of february and it says you charged me 429.00 please correct this or call me back at 802 353 **** matthew kopp

The email I received stated that the price was $299.00 for an adult renewal. However, when I went into the Indy app, the cost was $429.00. What's up with that?
