Poor costumer service

I purchased a non-contact thermometer that failed to work properly measured temperature 91-96 repeatedly. Returned item they claim its in good condition (IMO same condition as received) - which doesnt address its working condition. Website states most items 15% restocking fee failed to identify it as an item with a higher restocking fee - they want 25% restocking fee. What poor customer service.

User's recommendation: Don’t purchase an item that has to be tested to verify its working condition.
