Indulge Salon - Customer Care Review
I am from Bhubaneswar.I have been quite a regular customer.I have faced this problem many times.Today I had booked an appointment at 1:30pm .I waited till 2:30 pm .And I was about to do threading which will hardly take 7mints.i said to the manager exactly the same thing he just smiled and said it will take 5 minutes and not 7 minutes for threading and he asked me to wait.if we are supposed to wait why do we have to book appointment.Horrible service.i have promised I will never go there.

Indulge salon in Midland a disaster and utter disapointment. A horrible place to work due to an owner (michelle) being self obsessed with zero business ethics who should never be in a customer oriented atmosphere at all let alone a beauty or spa setting where you expect a serine environment not a *** owner. The entire time entering the salon was filled with such an unsettling feeling of anxiety and watching an untalented self absorbed owner who wants to be the best of everything not giving a care about anyone else in the world but herself is not a good feeling. I will never return to this hellish salon

I had a walk in at this place today as I am new in town and generally don't take the time to do this but had such a wonderful experience I felt compelled to write something. I am 40 years old and this was by far the most professional experience I have had and of course had my hair turn out great too!
The lady that cut my hair Michelle was able to squeeze me in between someone she was already working on and I couldn't of left more pleased. Thank you Indulge and Michelle.
The new location is great inside of the building is looking good. The outside is scheduled for renovation later this summer.
As for the quality of work hair stylists They are incrediblely awesome!

Been to Indulge many times and never had a problem. The staff is very professional and polite, they do a great job.
I was a customer of Michelle's for 2 1/2 years. There is no doubt she has talent.
I liked everything she did to my hair and I let her do whatever she wanted (color/cut). I stopped going because I felt she was treating me differently. I don't know if maybe I was being super sensitive but I just didn't feel comfortable there anymore. I have gone through more stylists than I can count since I stopped going and I haven't found one stylist in Midland that can come close to her creativity, passion and talent.
I really miss going to her, she made me look fabulous and I've never gotten as many compliments as I did when she was styling my hair.
If I weren't so afraid of the awkwardness of returning I absolutely would. If you are thinking of going to Indulge please do...you will not be disappointed.
If the nickname from the above comment has anything to do with the name of this person it's disappointing. Disappointing that another local business owner would speak of another business owner this way.

Indulge is an awesome salon! if I didn't live so far away, I'd be back regularly.
I was told about this page from some clients and others... This is sad.

Calypso has rude people that work there.
The salon wont last long.
Calyspo is the worst salon. I think they all drink on the job. There is a bar right across the road from them.
Calypso is the worst salon to work for. The new owner corrine bush is rude and just fired all of her staff.
I would not recommend this salon at all. If you live in Midland go somewhere else.
