Mobile recharged amount has not been paid to air tel

This is Pugazhendhi, and I file a complaint here by that, I have recharged my AIRTEL mobile no.75984 6**** for an amount of Rs.719+( 3.84 service charge) through indiatab on 06.3.2022, via my SBI Debit card Whereas the same amount has not been sent to AIRTEL .Also the same has not been re-credited in to my bank Account. Therefore it is requested to re-credit the amount in to my Bank account immediately. ref no : 2065 80* *** 97

Very poor service and after sales service

I had made a payment for recharge of a mobile number through transaction Id IND RC695164****439 for Rs.203.44 on 2/1/22 at 20: 44:03 . Till date the recharge has not happened . When contacting customer care centre with difficulty, they told to mail on a support id. That was also done. Support replied that transaction was incomplete and retry again. I replied that I have recharged through another means and WANT A REFUND IMMEDIATELY, WHICH HAS NOT HAPPENED TILL DATE.

User's recommendation: Very bad.
