Discrimination - If financially strapped do not go will insist on your co-pay or will not be seen and will make you feel less than a person

I have went to this indigo several times never have I had to pay my co-pay always billed, my partner pays the bills as in many cases

They refused service to me asked me to leave and did not care at all on how or what I felt. Cold and condescending.

but that was not the only thing the manager was condescending, rude and made me feel as if I was less of a person underserving because I could not pay the co-pay I was unprepared to pay :(

I already was not feeling well she did not care and as I left Rudy spoke down to me to have a nice day... Her tone was condescending tone was unacceptable and discriminating.

If the company changes a policy thats one thing but to flat out treat a person not feeling well whom has been there many times over the years in such a manor is WRONG :(

The intake girls obviously have had to deal with this lots... Saddly.

They were guarded and went to get the supervisor/manager when I said they would have to input payment manually, because I did not have a card then asked for me to hold on and instantly said please I am only doing my job Puzzled?

I said ok, I was not yelling, loud etc... you could tell she has had to deal with this on a more than acceptable basis or she would not have went there instantly with out reason.

I was not yelling or loud a bit annoyed as anyone would be

They have video to review and I have zero issue and then one can see the tone and stance I am talking about.

This is unacceptable

You are a urgent care so people do not have to flood the ER's or incur large ER bills if they cannot get in to be seen by their primary.

WHY???

Hence why I stated only for the RICH/Discriminating

very upset & not feel well to boot - Not at all ok
