Worst online experience
- - Guaranteed 2-day delivery, but it did not arrive.
- - I was told a natural disaster delayed the delivery, and the package arrived 12 days late.
Ordered an item online, was guaranteed 2 day delivery, delivered 2 days before Christmas. Did not arrive.
Called after Christmas, was told a natural disaster had delayed my delivery, waited till the following Monday, nothing. 12 days after promised delivery, package arrived. Customer service lied several times about delivery time, one even said youll get it when you get it.
