Wrong contact number - cannot get OTP

Indie Haat made an error with my phone number and now I cannot get an OTP when the deliver service comes to deliver This has been happening for past 2 weeks. Indie Haat, is not willing to help me, they are telling me that they are unable to update the phone number - although it is their mistake.. The courier comes every few days to deliver but I never get an OTP because the number they have does not exist. On top of if, Indie Haat says they cannot update the number and it is my fault - they are ignoring my messages and call as well now. And they are not willing to call back the package and give me a refund. Basically they have STOLEN from me.
