Customer service is useless they cant help me with my problem with the RV

On the dash board it says check fuel fill inlet.j called customer service several times but they are useless.the guy said tgave me a number to send a txt message using whats up app but in order for me to send a message they have to accept my invitation first and they didnt accept it.

Rubbish

Van was not ready on time, 3 hours late, batteries not charged, no water, gas leak, blinds not working, heating smelled really bad when heating water.

I have been waiting for an invoice for 13 days and still haven't received it.

Waste of money. Do not book!

They canceled my reservation and will not refund my money. I cannot get through to any human to get my refund sent back to my card in the amount of $4,800.

Garbage support service

They are non responsive.

I only want to update a reservation that the system collected incorrectly. So far I lost hours trying to get to their support.

Hi - i think i maybe a victim of fraud through the Indie Campers website. I have sent numerous messages and no response. I have now had to freeze my card as other random payments are trying to be taken

Enormous amounts for small damages : We were charged 2400 for a dent in the side panel, that we had to pay on the spot when we did the chek-out. Indiecampers doesn't even let you a few days to get the amount on your account, you have to find an immediate solution.

(even though they have my driver's licence + all of my personnal information)

Hidden fees : They came back at us 4 days laters making me pay another 500 for the EXACT SAME DENT, pretexting that it's another one because it's a few centimeters away. When we paid the 2400, they said it would cover the whole dent, they either LIED or just do not care and wants to charge us as much money as they possibly can.

=> They have your credit card HOSTAGE.

The moment you pay for your rental, they keep your credit card info and then use it to charge you as much as they want for everything (you end up charged by surprise several days after check out!)

They also make you pay an extra 15 when reimbursing the tolls, even though they clearly said "We're gonna take care of the tolls payment because you have an automated pass in the Van, we'll come back with an invoice" but still charge you 15 more saying that "Indie Campers is authorized to charge a 15 administrative fee for the process of identifying the driver and liaising with the transit entity.". Issue is they didn't let us choose how we paid the tolls, so they make you pay the 15 anyway.

Useless customer support : We had van battery issues during our trip which the customer service did not help with (only point of contact you have is a whatsapp live tchat...).

We got stuck in the mud, and the customer service staff barely helped us to find a local towing company.

Only good point was the Oslo pickup center staff which was very kind and very comprehensive.

My only advice : do not rent a van with indiecampers.

Very unhappy

Dear Indie Campers Customer Service,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the RV rental experience I recently had with your company. We rented a Class B RV through your website for a trip, but encountered several significant issues that affected our experience.

Upon arriving to pick up the RV on the scheduled date, we were informed that the RV we had reserved would not be available until 9 PM.

As a result, we were offered a different RV without much information about it. When we inspected this alternative RV, we immediately noticed that one of the cabinets was not shutting properly. Although this was promptly fixed, we discovered additional problems after bringing the RV home to load it for our trip.

Firstly, another cabinet did not close properly, and the bathroom door would not stay locked. We had to resort to taping the bathroom door shut to prevent it from opening while driving.

During our trip, we continued to encounter various issues, including:

The toilet tablets we ordered were not provided.

The hose connection leaked, causing inconvenience and potential sanitation concerns.

The hot water was only hot for a couple of minutes.

The tank meter did not show our grey tank was full, which caused a backup in the bathroom.

The sliding door screen was not working properly.

These issues significantly impacted our travel experience and caused considerable frustration. The vehicle should not have been given to us in such a condition. We chose Indie Campers for its reputation and expected a high-quality, hassle-free experience. Unfortunately, the numerous problems we faced did not meet our expectations and disrupted our plans.

Please note, I do not blame the two people who assisted us.

They were very accommodating and I am sure they had no choice but to give us a vehicle that should not have been rented at all.

I request a full refund for the inconvenience caused and the substandard condition of the RV provided. Additionally, I urge you to review and improve your vehicle maintenance and inspection processes to prevent such issues for future customers.

Hey,

to be honest i just wanted to reach out and spread some peace.

Sure employees might have stressful days and I´m not trying to excuse for any behaviour, but on my perspective the employees of Indie Camper have always helped out as fast and good as possible - even if there was some delay, at least they excused for it and gave their best.

Its not fair that there are always only bad reviews online! :/
